Shuttle America ORD and EWR/LGA

Looking for info about Shuttle America. I have a 170 class date. Could I hold ORD out of training? How long to hold a line there? Same questions for LGA/EWR. How commutable are the NYC schedules? Been out of flying for about six months due to a medical issue and looking to get current.

I suggest you read the RAH thread that already exists.

ORD could be a while especially for a line. EWR is junior from what I remember. But all the info is on the RAH thread.

New hires are going to IND and EWR lately. Expect at least 6 months for ORD. I've been in ORD for over year on the bottom of reserve. Guys above me have spent over 2yrs on reserve. New guys are getting lines in IND and EWR. The announcement on where the new United flying is going will likely happen this weekend, otherwise by the end of the month, which could change everything.

You will regret going to RAH:)

If an 8 page thread on this website doesn't convince him I think he is pretty determined.

The Shiny Jet Syndrome is strong with this one.

Quit the day of my oral. When talking back to the guys that were in my class, I don't regret that decision one bit...
