Thanks, I just got the "career suicide" from reading through the forums about Horizon. I'm really leaning towards Horizon because I THINK the QOL will be better but I'd hate to make a decision that would cost me two or three years in the long run. With Skywest I would be based in MSP and commuting to PSC.

SkwWest bases in PDX and SEA are getting larger so your wait time might not be too long.

You should be able to work your way west pretty quickly. I was hired in June and only spent about 6 weeks in MSP. Things are moving even faster now.

Wow 8 months would be great! What bases would be good for a commute to PSC? If I ever got Seattle I could just drive. I know both QX and SKW are great companies and I'm just happy I have a choice. Any current Horizon people have info on what a new hire could expect over there?
