For the sake of the industry let's hope everybody. Nice to see a pay raise instead of pay cut

A conditional bonus is not a pay raise.

Too bad, if they really cared about their staffing and pilots they would have just given them an all around better contract than just some mythical temporary carrot.

Conventional wisdom is no matter what regional you are at/go to you will not be an FO in four years. So an Endeavor FO can make a descent living for the next four years and upgrade before the bonus goes away (if it does), or an FO at another regional with "real pay rates" can eek by on less than $30K. Money is money and 4 years is a HE11 of a long time in this industry!

Uh. Im a 4th year FO at Envoy and I know I'll still be an FO in 4 years.
