Don't do anything these humps suggest. Make your own decision. Be your own fulfiller of destiny. Part the Red Sea in your own Endeavor for greatness. The Delta is ahead, flat and boring, but soon gives rise to great mountains you'll not traverse with horse and carriage, but by a Boeing 7ER category by your 30th birthday. For fugg sakes, that was good.

DFW is currently the most Jr base at Envoy (after the shuffle from closing Miami) erj145 only. 175's start delivery in November(don't know where they will be based) with the best flow (no interview 50% of AA hiring) currently reserve is 1yr-3.5 yrs depending on base and equipment. I can't speculate the future upgrade or reserve times, but expect them to fall by 2 years at some point since there was no hiring 08-10.

Can't speak to Envoy or Expressjet, but Mesa's biggest base is DFW and you'll either get it right away or after a month in Dulles. Reserve is only a few months (2-4). Upgrades are never a sure thing, but it'll happen here before it ever would with Envoy or ExpressJet. You're probably looking at 1.5-3 years.
But, their FO pay is better.
Either way, pick one where you can live in base. Skip Republic and Endeavor.
