3M guys...what's the best overnight?
 

I was going to jumpseat on your airline with the Mrs. for a fun getaway. Any suggestions for a weekend trip? I'm looking at FL or Caribbean locations from TPA

Key West. No customs, no taxes, same weather as the Bahamas. More flight options, too. Choose Bahamas only if you don't mind getting stuck there (or never getting there in the first place).

Key west also has very affordable hotels too. You should have no problem finding something for under $600 a night.

cheapest i found was $399 a night...

Ah! well there is a down side isn't there...maybe we'll just go for the day :)

EYW is a good choice most times, but be aware it's Spring Break there right now. I had an overnight there the other night, and it was a madhouse. I go there a lot, and I've never seen so many people there outside of Fantasy Fest.
