Best regional to work for?

I have recently decided to make a dramatic career change and pursue flying for a living. I'm looking at options for the regional airlines. Which airline do you think is the best to work for?

Why not read the hundreds of other threads about this topic for your answer. In short, not Republic.

Ask Tallflyer. He's worked for 3 different regionals in just over a year. Plus he is the self proclaimed all knowing regional airline expert.

I heard the RAA hired him to replace that sleezeball Cohen. Just be careful what you say to him, he might rat you out to management for personal gains. True story

Definitely HIV. Because you'll never have to worry about contracting anything worse afterwards.

Some regionals have snack machines in the crew lounge? Man I had no idea how much better everyone else had it. I demand snack machines in our next contract!
