How long to upgrade at your airline?

Who has the fastest upgrade these days? Any direct entry Captain slots yet.

May very quick upgrades are available. The ability to go direct entry depends on your expirence level. I would highly discourage going directly to the left seat unless you have a significant amount of expirence in the particular airframe

One page down is a thread with an almost identical title. Take 10 seconds to do a search.

If you upgraded in one year but spent two years somewhere else, it's a three year upgrade. It took you three years to upgrade and you only have one year of seniority to show for it. The 23 year old, 1500 hour college grad CFIs that upgrade in 1.5 years, represent the shortest upgrade.
