Which regionals give employees referral bonuses to get newhires?

How much?
What are the conditions?
When is it paid? (interview, first day, IOE)

PDT pays 1,000 for pilot referrals, 1/2 paid at the ed of SOE and the rest at 6 months.

Endeavor is $2000 and is paid at the completion of OE I believe.

Skywest pays $1250 after IOE.

CommutAir is $750 and is paid after the new-hire stays for 6-months. The clock starts on the first day of training.

ExpressJet: $1,000 after completion of training

PSA: $1000, $500 after IOE, then another $500 after 90 days.

Silver Airways: 2500.- paid after the new hire has completed 6 months with the company.

AWAC is $1250 or if you refer someone already with a CL-65 its $1500.

Pay half in 6 months and the rest when they hit their 1 year.

Last I heard, RAH was $1600:
$100 for interview, $500 for showing up for class, $1000 for finishing IOE
