Can anyone please provide me with a contact (phone and/or email) for someone in XJet recruiting? I have been kicked out of the system for a 2nd time and I don't know why. I currently have 1,300 hrs TT and >600 multi-turbine with a bachelors and yet it still shows that I was disqualified.

Nope, I tried Pilot Recruiting but let me try HR.

Tried both, left messages. I'm not even sure if my call was directed correctly. I searched here on the forums for the contact info as I'm pretty sure that I saw someone post them a few weeks ago. Does anyone remember or know the name of someone I could call?

Well, this might make you feel better. I also got disqualified when I sent my stuff in and then got an email 3 days after getting DQed with an invitation to an interview. I honestly dont think the online app means anything besides a way to submit your resume. Try creating a new email address and submitting under that email. I know your kinda freaking out, but give it a day or two and see if you get an email. From the time I sent my stuff in to the time I was in an interview was 13 days. You have about the same time as me also. Hope that helps....Good Luck!!

YOU ARE OVER QUALIFIED!!! THATS WHY THEY DON"T RETURN YOUR CALLS. they need some one with 250/50 not 1300/600. man dont you read the boards, you better knock some hours off your resume if you want to get hired! :)

So what does it mean when thier site says my profile is "screening"?

I wish I knew- I've re-submitted my info and it has been screening for a week now.

Same here. Was DQ'd, resubmitted now screening for a week.

Good luck to all. All I can recommend is patience and persistance. Apply to all airlines you are interested in and get some options. If XJT is the place for you, then keep at it. I've heard lots of complaining regarding the "DQ and screening" stages of the online system but I can tell you that there are many upcoming interview classes and 80 new hires per month. The line is moving forward so just be patient.

The training center (where HR offices are located) is a very busy place lately. Everyone is keeping very busy. Movement is good, so just keep your heads up and your time will come.

When I was searching for a job it seemed like I didn't get anywhere at first. And then within a week period I had 3 interviews scheduled. When it rains, it pours.

Not sure about the over qualified thing.....I applied with 1850 TT as well as my current roomate in training....just know they are really busy and have had some quirks all system wide with the website as they are moving to their own stuff as far as network stuff goes.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys, and I've made XJet my 1st choice.

That said, does anyone have an email address, a contact number or a snail mail address for someone in recruiting? Please feel free to PM me.

I'm fairly certain that it's a system glitch and just want to make sure that a human actually sees my info.
