But you're right this place sucks so bad. (insert most obvious eye roll possible) I have a good QOL and good pay where I'm at but you'll NEVER see me defending management attempts to delay contract talks or proper compensation. $26 an hour for an FO is embarrassing. Your $22 for a newer jet that is 1.5x bigger is tragic. And you sit here defending it and the contract that has been amendable for the better part of the 21st century. But go ahead, tell me how you got yours as a defense. |
Are you married with kids and will you depend on the company offered medical?
This little tidbit it drastically different amongst regionals. Right now the best deal is XJT when it comes to family coverage and as it's been pointed out they have both IAH and DFW bases. If you plan on putting your family on the medical plan, forget about Mesa. You will have basically $0 take home pay after they collect for family coverage. |
