PRIA address for American Eagle???

Please help! Can someone please give me the address and fax number for PRIA records at American Eagle? I was there 2001-2003. I have a name of Phil Hebb and a phone number of 972-374-4778. I cannot get in touch with him. He won't return my calls or emails. Thank you for your help.
