Anyone leaving and manage to get a 3rd party quote for trade-in value on the surface 3?

If you cannot get a quote, there is an argument for the cost to be $0. Speak to your union rep.

There was a specific example website in the LOA, gazelle I think. Also was a 30 day period to return it with no penalty

I'd start off by reading the actual MOU. It'll help you answer a lot of questions.

Oh I've read it, and actually its an LOA. Return within the first 90 days if you want. Otherwise pay $462.25 in the first 6 months, or whatever a 3rd party will offer you for the device, whichever is less. Which is why I'm trying to find someone that will give a 3rd party quote because there is no ways anyone will give you $462 for a 2nd hand device that only costs $499 new.
