What's happening at Horizon and Jets?

They most definitely do not like it. Their attorneys though no doubt explained to them the only way they could ever have an argument is to publicly state in court that the new hire 'candidates' are not employees when they receive the money, and as such are free to do with it as they wish. It's theirs. No obligations, commitments, or expectations. They even said in the court document that it didn't even matter if they showed up to training. Hah!

I would not risk my future on it. Free money is never free... it will come back to haunt you in some way

Sorry for the elementary questions, here.
In the case of a 40% cut in ANC flying, and even more specifically MFR (as an example) - what happens to all of the air traffic? Who does it? ANC is obviously a different story, lots of other carriers. A place like MFR or BOI, though? Assuming the demand for travel stays constant...what are they flying on with a massive reduction or flat out closure by an airline?

You won't receive any PRIA record if you bail before your oral check on the last day of ground school which is 4 weeks. Can't fail a check ride you don't show up to. Unless you tell your next employer or participate in a certificate event (i.e. oral or type rating checkride), no one will ever know you even went to Horizon.
