RAH Interview

Happy holidays all. I interviewed with RAH last week. It seemed like a positive experience from start to finish. Does anyone have an idea as to how long it takes to get an answer from them? And...what it will entail? Will they call you with an offer of employment or send a letter if it's a no-go? Just curious, they weren't really specific about the "end-game". I'd like an opportunity there, seems like good things are happening. I'm a prior military, 2400TT, 1300ME (1150 PIC Turb), ATP written complete. Thanks for any info in advance.

It's a good thing you created an entire thread for this instead of putting it into the RAH thread.

OK, ok.....evidently a thread Faux Pas......sorry for creating "an entire new thread"

First submission, apologies....

Republic is a very lean company, and HR is always short handed. I would wait another week and then give them a call. I'm sure you will get the job, but I hear training is backed up.

How long until bankruptcy again?

this week of course.

It's been a couple of years but for what it's worth, I waited about 1.5 weeks before I got the phone call offering me the job.

I am surprised they didn't offer you the job on the spot.....

With your hours, every regional will take you instantly. Apply and expand your horizons. Unless you only want RAH for personal reasons.

Does RAH offer interview date upon initial phone call or do they call back second time with interview invite?

Thanks

As someone else mentioned, with your experience it would be good to apply at other airlines as well unless you absolutely have to work for RAH.

Phone call and email with COJ today. They mentioned being backed up and it taking a few days to get back with FO offers. For SA, training classes are filled until March, but appears they are expecting to hire quite a few based on industry movement and their own expansion. Thanks for the info/input from all. Keep the intel flowing.

Typically upon the initial phone call, from what I've seen.

Congrats! Glad you're here.
Btw, with training backed up, BK must be right around the corner:rolleyes:

regarding the hours, not necessarily. 2 were not picked in my interview group despite having the same amount, I know of a couple who were not picked at E9 with 3000 and 2500. Attitude and what you tell them during the interview, especially on the TMATT and character/personality subject could matter. Some people are not made, or not at their best, working in a crew of two, especially after many years flying single-pilot in a 135 or else.
