That seems like crazy fast expansion to me. Predictions on the experience levels of the guys they're going to have to hire to fill those seats? I have to think that the averages are going to go down down down?

Koolaidman 02-12-2007 10:55 PM

I know four people who interviewed with the 1000/100 minimums and did not get the job. One person had 900 SIC at Trans States and it was his second time interviewing. Also, four 121 people during my interview did not get the job, 3 AE and 1 Mesa. I have no idea what they are looking for when they interview, but I highly doubt considering the people they have turned away that they are going to lower their mins. However, in the past four months or so they have taken quite a few people from the EMB to the RJ earlier than the one year seat lock. I was told that was because we were high on the EMB side from the person who does the bid awards. But, this post was a company email and I have no reason to believe it isn't accurate.
