Cadet programs at all 3 AAG WO carriers
Cadet Program takes pilots from classroom to cockpit : EnvoyAir
PSA Airlines | PSA Airlines Launches Industry-Leading Cadet Program | January 21, 2016 Cadets All 3 offer about $16,000 in tuition reimbursement and RATP mins. Envoy has partnership with 40+ schools/universities given that they have been working on this for over 2 years. PSA has 13 and PDT has 0 given their program has only just launched. |
Nice to see they're still sticking to the 2.5 and 6. Even though we're way into that promise now, and there is 0 chance of it happening.

From PSA's website under the Cadet Program:
"New hires at PSA are projected to flow to American Airlines after only 6 years." really? I wonder if the five pilots making up the latest new hire class know they will flow to American in only 6 years? |
Can anyone confirm if only 5 new hires started on the 18th class?
|
That's where any potential raises the WO's might have negotiated went, they went to benefits and compensation for people not employed by the airline yet.

2.5 yr upgrade is laughable and an outright lie. Maybe it could eventually get to 2.5 with late 2016 hires. 6 year flow is doable under ideal circumstances but we all know how finicky the airline industry can be to try and plan that far out. That being said the flow is definetly nice to have in the back pocket while applying to UAL or DAL. Or I guess one of the LCC's if you're ok setteling for that.
