Uniforms

Since there is no subforum for this, I will ask here in regional.

Other than crewoutfitters and stopoverstore, does anyone buy their uniform pieces elsewhere, say at JCP, Amazon, or other? I saw these, and thought the prices weren't bad, just not sure if the style/fabric look will be close enough to what the "regular" stores sell:

Van Heusen® Label No-Iron Pant - JCPenney

I usually buy pants at a department store in the malls around town. Shirts from CO in DFW.

ACutAbove. A little more expensive but by far the best quality.

A) No self-respecting pilot uses M&H for anything except their mother-in-laws Xmas purchases

2) That is not a sub-forum for uniforms. That is a thread in a sub-sub forum.

But thanks for sharing it! ;)

Acutabove. I haven't ironed a shirt in 3 months (tropo shirt) and the fit is good, and I like the material.

Another vote for acutabove. If you walk in, because say you were training in DEN or something, they might give you a little discount.

Thanks, all. Men's pilot shirts , tapered pilot shirt - Sizes/Styles Available. More fit choice for a better pilot uniform appearance. it is, FTW.

Save your money and buy the crap the company sells. Not sure of other contracts but we pay half at my airline. My shirts are only $6. If it is ugly, that is the companies problem. Plus, they have to pay their half. Stick it to the man!
