What's the current situation on upgrades at Compass? Skywest just had one at 9 months, I don't know of many places that can beat that. Asking for a friend.

Does your friend have 121 time? 9 month upgrade is only possible if you have prior 121 time so if your friend is new to the 121 world he or she is looks at at least 18 month no matter where he or she goes

Right, I know. This person has been at another regional (top tier Mesa LOL) for a few years and he has some 121 time looking for a west coast option (Skywest is more senior now on the west but the fast upgrade is there).
Latest was we are not upgrading until July. Regardless of his time, I would say he is still going to be looking at a 2yr if not more upgrade here

Anyways apparently 8 out of about 30 instructors are leaving for bigger and brighter places this summer. It's going to be a fun scramble when the upgrades/hiring starts up again.
