I've seen some of you type about "checking in" online. What is this thing you speak of? Does anybody do this?

Anyone thinking about coming here needs to think twice, and consider if they want to be able to have some schedule flexibility.
It's a mess. Not able to see March grid so any drop attempts are in the blind. They'll sit in limbo for 2 days only to be rejected. Sitting at 94 hrs creditb try to swap into a trip with 4 less hours and can't because it says ill be below 37 hours ..so frustrating!

Oh yeah, what does "fpr" on a leg segment mean?

Default Compass Updates - Saga Continues

Crazy how IOCC has contributed so significantly in lowering the moral. I was so happy here then this happened... I know I'm not the only one. Everyone I fly with even the FAs are so unhappy with it. Even the Gate Agents are unhappy with the stress of getting this new release that often times give them a hard time to print. I'm sorry but the only success this cutover had was making people unhappy just to save money for something that doesn't even work. Disaster...

Any FO's out there trying to drop some flying at the end of March? If you have anything on or after the 27th PM me.

Seems ridiculous that IOCC is so bad that I'm posting on here about trades but figure its worth a shot.

Our union leadership is about as close as one can get to management. It's kinda weird. They are afraid to ruffle feathers, but especially now, feathers need to be ruffled. Make sure everyone is letting our leaders know that this is unacceptable.

"Being close to management" and "trying to maintain a productive two way dialogue" are two different things. We have plenty of open grievances if you read the emails and IOCC is one of them, as far as I know, since they haven't said anything about that being settled.

It's becoming very, very, frustrating that it seems like every other flight the TLR isn't included the first time the paperwork is printed. It always seems to print the second time, but since it's at the very end of the packet now for whatever reason, you have to wait 20 minutes to print the 40 pages/roughly half a pound of airmets first... airmets which of course I couldn't interpret even IF I wanted to because I don't carry around a plotter and an enroute chart. For an airline so plagued by performance issues, one would think they would make it a priority to stop these kinds of very avoidable delays.

@echelon, Please show me in our manuals where TLR is required. You won't find it. Everything we need is on acars.

It's not required but even the LCA's seem to dispute this.
