Meaning no new 76 seaters, right?

Right, no more than 153 76 seaters after Jan. 1st, 2016.

Kind of surprised they plan for any 50-seat aircraft in 2019. I guess contracts have to run their course and fuel is still cheap (for now).

There are some routes that certainly can't fill anything larger than a 50 seater. There are still some EAS routes in the UAX system that operate nearly empty, and lots of routes that can fill 30-40 seats per flight but won't be able to fill much more than that.

There's definitely a market for 50 seaters out there. That market is just a lot smaller than what they currently use them for. It'll be a while before they totally go away.
