If she wins all the Charlies might have a case in 2.5/6

So you are saying that Charlie should have went to law school and bought a plane to fly on the weekends? Sarcasm

Seriously I have thought about if Bucket would have a case in the event the 2.5/6 didn't happen but with words like "may" or "should" used by RW it probably wouldn't hold up in court.

Actually, one word that has been used by Envoy right on this forum in their advertisement(s) here is "guaranteed". That word is used to describe the supposed fact that the Bucket clan at Envoy will get 50% of each NEW-HIRE CLASS at AA (it was the same claim in their previous ad to the most recent one too). Apparently, that's already been violated, yet the MEC has remained mute on the issue.

I hear many of them are in various stages of E-175 training or scheduled for that in the near future, so perhaps they're a bit distracted ?

...and Envoy pilots wonder why history keeps repeating itself there over and over and over and.............

Most of the ad's that I have seen says that 50% of new hire classes will be filled from a wholly owned regional, not specifically from Envoy.

That's the future plan. Currently 50% is from Envoy, 3 pilots from PDT and 5 pilots from PSA.

Once they are done with the "previous" contracts, meaning 824 and protected pilots. They have to replace 1,300 pilots at envoy first, before PSA/PDT/ENY have similar flow programs.

Will they be able to pull it? I don't know, I'm leaning towards no.

When the flow slows to 5 or so per month late 16 or early 17, I'm wondering if a case could be made for breach of contract. Even if there is a case, with the ENY union, it's likely nothing will be done.

Yeah that doesn't make sense. It will be around 30 for the next few years.

Not the Envoy ads here. The statement was "....with Envoy guaranteed to make up half of all American's new hire classes.". This was mentioned months ago before the ad was revised, that still had the same statement. Not any aggregate, but EACH CLASS.
