You can always interview and defer your class date. I interviewed in April, was offered a May class and deferred to September. They were totally fine with it, and this was before SKW ditched the sim, fired the head of recruitment, and started hiring anyone with a pulse. If they let me defer back then, I'm guessing they'll be fine with it if you have to do the same.

You can interview at Envoy within one year of your date of availability.

Is it a non-compete agreement, or a contract to reimburse training expenses? If the contract only says you have to repay a designated (usually prorated) portion of the cost to train you, then it's not a non-compete. Just a thought...
