Billings is pretty bad, ****** in LA that we were in a few years ago has to be the worst by far. From the prostitutes on the corner, bull horn guy, being spit on by protesters, unchanged linens, constantly losing power and having to carry your bags up 12 flights of stairs, and the very dirty rooms (the hotel did not carry any form of sanitizer), I cant think of a more horrible hotel.

The Ramada connected to the Clarion near CLT. There's a strip club in the parking lot that I've seen on more than one a occasion someone getting arrested in the parking lot in, also found a handful of needles in the grass. Beyond that the rooms are just old and half of them face inside to a inside area of the building. The staff tops it with the way they treat you as well, rude front desk workers, the van which just Never shows. It's a mess.
