Here's my worthless $.02 which has nothing to do with hiring. Jets are easier to fly. V1 cuts in a t prop on a hot and heavy day are kin to a spiritual experience. The litany of rhetorical crap that has to be said prior to 1000 feet (if you make it) is mind boggling, but doable. In a jet, just identify the engine hold the rudder until you get up. Props are hands down harder to fly than a jet.

I'll give that a second. We had to shut one down coming out of MKE a few months ago. I remember saying "wow, this things flies nice on one engine". The passengers getting off were even calm, just not happy they had to return. Very different from losing one(prop) on a warm day at elevation. I believe I said something like "fly you &&*@&%* @&*%& @&#$(*&@(! pig!
