The employee lot maybe?

Only pilots based at DCA are eligible for parking in the employee lot.

Which airline are you with?

One without a dc base

Well without being specific or knowing your airline your contract should allow your company to communicate with MWAA for a parking pass.

Do they operate into IAD or DCA at all? If so do they have employees (not pilots) here?

It might not be easy but it could be doable.

My company currently has no employees in dca all ground ops have been outsourced. My contract allows them to reimburse me for parking. But that's not even relevent. I know some people are parking at hotels I called a few but was told they are no longer taking new parking customers.
