All right LAMA, now you're overusing the word "loosing" incorrectly to mess with Mr. Rumbold

Was that really an offer? Stock from a convicted felon with SEC violations from a company that isn't even publicly traded?
Jo just slapped the union and pilots in the face with his small ween1e on that one.
Wondering what the response was from the union.......oh wait... Let me guess.
Don't go down with the sinking ship.....worthless stock cannot be used as a floatation device.
Hahahahahhahaha
What a comedy of douchebaggery!
It would be internally traded stock that is insured by a third party.
What does a company with no money have but to offer up different ways of getting money....

I'm sorry, but if things have been so bad, and they obviously are, why are your pilots on here complaining instead of taking action? Strike, call in sick, let the company die and MOVE ON. The management is embarassing and a good pilot group like you guys don't deserve that. Take some initiative, put out some apps to LCCs/cargo/other regionals. They'd be happy to have you and you'd be happy you did it.

Don't you know, pilots like to complain!
We've started the process of mediation, which could lead to a strike. Pilots call in sick all the time, Houston having a ton. Pilots are leaving in droves for all of the above, as are total pilots continues to go down every month.

True. Glad you were able to get out and move on. I just hope everyone who is still there and not stuck will be able to come to the same realization.
I hope you were able to leave nothing on the table for the company such as drain all of your sick and get vacation check in the mail.

I think part of the reluctance to leave is the idea of going through months of training all over again. Other than that, there's no real motivation to stay.

Hahahaha..Thanks for schooling me on the funny money.
Hopes and dreams on a "loosing" bet.
Stock insured on a sinking company by a third party...Sounds legit.

Are people really willing to stay at a failing company and risk "loosing" their current sh!ttee job (which is a likely scenario) just so they don't have to go through training with a good airline that will pay better and provide a much better quality of life?

That sounds like lifer, razor bandit talk to me.
What a terrible excuse...

How many TOTAL pilots have been lost in the last 6 months?
How many FOs have left within the last 6 months?
Does the union provide these numbers to you every month? Would be nice to see.
