Just remember - and I say this because it's bitten people before - your training month changes if you do the check out of grace.

Are they scheduled before the end of your probation? If so, that's why - it's much easier to shoot you if you under-perform if you're still on probation. Fair - not really, but I hear a lot of places do this.

TSA pilots are good pilots. C'mon over! Seriously. I was offered a job there and am glad I didn't take it. But not because of the pilots, who all seemed cool when I met them in STL and on the jumpseat. Seems like a good group with bad leadership in the company. Too bad.

TSA Pilots are great pilots. Not only are they good at flying but they are great people to be around. There are some of those that I really dislike with every ounce of my being but for a majority they are pretty cool.

Finally the last day of reserve... no flying this sequence at all. The grand total is 163 hours of flying since last August. What a long Winter!

That's good news. Now if they could just start upgrading out of ORF that would help everyone. WTF the last years' worth of upgrades have gone to DCA and PHL.

Thats a bummer. I hope things start moving. Heard 17 cptns left this month. I left good seniorty and a line at TSA to come to a better company. I hope reserve doesn't run too long for me. I did my time at TSA. It blew!
