Assuming those were scheduled duty days of 12 hours on days 1-3 and no more than 4:12 of flying on day 4 that trip would have paid a minimum of 22:12 at SkyWest.

Pay guarantees of one hour of pay for each two hours on duty and then it goes 1 for 1 for anything over 12 hours. Scheduled for a 13 hour day it's a minimum of 7 hours. Again that's scheduled. If it's scheduled at 8 but it goes 13 you don't get anything extra based on the time. You might on the actual block flown.

This thread brings up that it's very important to look past the pay rates. Work rules are where the money is at.

Nope, only a min monthly guarantee of 72 hrs for line holders.
