Yea and twin hill doesn't care. If you call them all they say is their wings that they have in front of them fit. I told them it is simple physics. The wings are wider than the eyelids. They kept saying that theirs fit, but I told them that I wasn't the only one with this problem. We just kept going in circles until I finally got sick of it and hung up.

Can anyone tell me the company that provided the wings?

I remember submitting the stuff on their website to receive the wings, but deleted the email long ago. Seems like mostly everyone I have spoken to has gotten their wings, except me...

Just a thought. I'd get the shirt that's the most durable and comfortable. As far as the wings, use the eyelets for alignment purposes and stick a piece of cardboard behind it to make it flush on the shirt. Been doing that for my ribbons/warfare pin for years. :)

The only thing I'd add, and may be obvious, is make sure the cardboard is smaller than the area of the wings. Otherwise, you end up with a weird and obvious outline under your shirt.

I'm sure it'll be fun carting around a suit bag in addition to all the regular gear all of us carry, especially as a commuter. They can say "hard cutover" all they want, but they made the rule without consideration for those working. Or, they simply chose to ignore the difficulty in the plan and leave us to deal with it.

I haven't seen a single company message dealing with the upcoming change. I guess they'll just leave it to chance, maybe write us up if they see fit.

I haven't seen anything official about the hats from the company yet. Have I missed something, where is the info?

It was put out by our MEC chairman on the last conference call.

Even if we have to wear it most people are only going to wear it when they might be seen be someone who gives a ****. Kind of like the vests, but at least it's in your best interest to wear that. I wear the vest when I do a walk around so the company is liable when the lav truck mows me down.
