Which one?

Hello friends...just needed a quick opinion poll on what job I should take...I got three offers from the following:

Republic, PSA, Compass, ATLAS...

Home for me is PHX and this will be my first 121 job...I understand avoid commute if at all possible...but if you had to choose ...which one? :) I guess my end goal in career is one of the Legacies.

How can you have three offers, but list 4 airlines?

You have been on APC for 9 years. Yet you are still asking this. Seriously?

Depends on:

1. Background/TT and experience
2. College Degree?
3. Age?
4. Where to you want to be in the future?
5. How much flying to you want to do? (regionals will net 700+ hrs a year whereas Atlas, probably a lot less with lots of deadhead and not that many takeoffs/landings)
6. Are you ok with being gone for 15 plus days (Atlas or any ACMI for that matter)?

Mesa. Can't count to 4, or listed one you don't have.... not to worry Mesa will text you with a class date and that sweet PHX base you want

Because the answer is pretty obvious. Go to Atlas.

Yup, only place that you can start and end a trip at home without a commute on your dime... and they pay a little more, and they fly mainline size planes, and you don't mind being on the road 2 straight weeks going who knows where around the planet.
