ACA's Airbus Payscale

With XJT starting the branded flying and all the rumors flying around it got me to thinking about the other airline in recent memory to go down this road. Do any former ACA/Indy Air folks have any info on the payscale for the Airbii that started coming online?

You don't remember them? I think they were posted on this site. Pay was pretty close to those of Spirit or Jeblue. 100-120s for captains.

Did you just let the cat out of the bag. XJT getting airbus?

I think the current rumor is E190s. or 170s. Either way you better check with Saaborowski about the validity of the rumors. That dude is tuned in

If I did, it was by blind, dumb luck. I missed the conference call and its been a while since I've been to the training center:D

Last I heard is that Jimbo has said the only way we will get 190s or 170s is if someone else pays for 'em (ie a mainline carrier) and/or we can work a deal with Embraer to get them for the price of the XRs. I guess Embraer is itching to shut down the 145 line but can't since we have 100+ options for XRs.

It's clean now! Thanks for letting me know. As an FYI no I didn't use to work for ACA, if that was what your PM was about.

Sorry dude, I meant it for Freezingflyboy. Must have accidently quoted the wrong post.

Anyway, here are the I-Air narrow body rates for 2007. The last year of published rates on the TA.

Interestingly, when UAL was putting the sqeeze on all the UEX carriers, Skywest guys negotiated a 737 payrate. Can't remember the max for CA.

For some reason the numbers jumble together, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out.

CA 1 119.85 FO 37.14
2 122.58 61.29
3 125.31 67.04
4 128.08 72.62
5 130.92 78.55
6 132.15 79.29
7 133.38 80.03
8 134.65 80.79
9 135.90 81.54
10 137.18 82.31
11 138.47
12 139.77

Our 2nd year 50 seat FO payrate, 37.14, 3rd year 50 seat CA 64.06. 18 year maxout for 50 seat CA, 100.88/hr

Mind you, this is all on a "concessionary" deal we signed to help the company.
