First it's nice to see dacuj posting again. Second it's not a small minority *****ing here, it's everywhere at this company. Everyone is trying to leave, that isn't within a year of flow, and even they at least have stuff out. Why does your small group of interns think things are good. Schedules are horrible, management has made all the wrong decisions for the most part. Fleet leaving and another slowly going to PDT.
Someone needs to push the pause button on this reggae whinning song... 🙄.... because everybody leaving the party.

I don't have anything else specific to point out. But when a guy asks, "How commutable are the schedules? Can you at least commute in or out on one end or the other?" And you respond saying they aren't at all commutable and they are mostly 4 on/2 off, that's giving bad information.
I understand you believe QOL sucks here, and are constantly beating that drum. But if you're a reservist who lives in base, maybe let one of us who commutes and bids lines chime in. It's obvious if you can only find 8-10 hour 4 day trips in open time (your words), you don't know how (or when) to trip trade.
To the guy who asked the question: Yes, you can commute in/out on one end or the other with most sequences, depending on the frequently on your commute. If you get an uncommutable line, there is a 24 hour trip trade window every month where you can swap trips with open time (before the trips get picked apart by guys picking up OT).
I personally have a lot of success with trip trading, I try and pick up hours and make my trips commutable. This month I added 5 hours and added a day off by sliding a trip into next month. In November I lucked into a trade that got me Thanksgiving off. Trip trading is a huge QOL boost for line holders and I'm dreading going back on reserve as a Captain because it means losing a huge QOL gain for a commuter like me.

Ask how many flows went in January. Hint: It's 10 less than what cr700 claimed it would be.
Upon further review, there is no flag on the play!

So how do you explain this one. There are many more so it is not just and isolated incident.
CS is on the phone with the CP, Crew member and Union Rep. Said crew was being JM'd in multiple days (violation). CS respone was we are throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks.
How is that even close to abiding to the contract and building trust?

The people here spreading lies happen to be you and your ilk, not me. Care to point out anything I have said that is actually a lie? We get it. You are unhappy, hate the company, nothing will ever be good enough for you.
The fact is that Envoy is the ONLY carrier offering an extremely robust flow to American. For the 10% of you here that cannot grasp that fact benefits you more than ANY other regional pilot employed today, I invite you to submit your resignation and move on to the carrier of your choice or out of the industry altogether. There are hundreds of other pilots that will gladly take your place.
The flow is strong. In January alone, Envoy is sending 1.7% of its pilots to AA. Only two other carriers have true flow and their flow percentages don't even get to half of the 1.7% Envoy is sending. IN JANUARY ALONE.
Envoy also offers the best flight benefits industry wide. Your benefits are EXACTLY what an AA 777 Captain has.
If that's not enough, how does a 2.5 year upgrade and a 5.7 year flow to the largest major airline in the world sound as icing on the cake?
New guys and prospects. Ignore the few twisted and negative posters we have here. Their version of Envoy is NOT reality.
