Mmmm this popcorn is good. Cr700, tell me more about hearsay. Your the expert on the difference between that and lies. You know because you never lie, you just leave out facts and let people ignorant of the bigger picture draw their own incorrect conclusion. Serious question, you'd said to expect 40 in January but it looks like only 30 are flowing. Care to chime in?

I don't think that's the point, the point is he throws out half truths, and in this case no truth at all. I'd use extreme caution with regards to receiving "accurate" information from the recruiters.
By all means, (here, in person, on the phone, email) ask them why they said company would start flowing 40 when they haven't. Ask why haven't the schedules improved. Ask why do pilots get excessively junior manned and what are they doing to improve it. Ask why is there a pay cap implemented when company expects pilots to flow "so quick". All valid questions, no straight answers (yet).
Just the political statement of "don't like it, leave". Like no one is trying to do that!

The people here spreading lies happen to be you and your ilk, not me. Care to point out anything I have said that is actually a lie? We get it. You are unhappy, hate the company, nothing will ever be good enough for you.
The fact is that Envoy is the ONLY carrier offering an extremely robust flow to American. For the 10% of you here that cannot grasp that fact benefits you more than ANY other regional pilot employed today, I invite you to submit your resignation and move on to the carrier of your choice or out of the industry altogether. There are hundreds of other pilots that will gladly take your place.
The flow is strong. In January alone, Envoy is sending 1.7% of its pilots to AA. Only two other carriers have true flow and their flow percentages don't even get to half of the 1.7% Envoy is sending. IN JANUARY ALONE.
Envoy also offers the best flight benefits industry wide. Your benefits are EXACTLY what an AA 777 Captain has.
If that's not enough, how does a 2.5 year upgrade and a 5.7 year flow to the largest major airline in the world sound as icing on the cake?
New guys and prospects. Ignore the few twisted and negative posters we have here. Their version of Envoy is NOT reality.

Are you calculating attrition?
Are you calculating zero flows in December due to AA not hiring?
Are you basing this on % of class size or minimum number Envoy can with hold?
Are you calculating a new hire today will flow in 5.7?

Hmmmm 5.7 year flow for new hires today?? Can you post the actual chart the company is using for this number?

It's no secret that AAG wanted 40 pilots in January. If you didn't already know, then Envoy has flights to staff as well and they run a projected staffing model the month prior before determine max flows. There is a 30,000 foot view of the company that has to be taken into consideration before any decision is reached. Just in case you are wondering, the 5.7 year flow does not include flowing 40/month. Only the minimum. Anything over is just extra and gravy. If we flow 40 in February, a new hire from November would just see that 5.7 year flow trend downward.

And that explains everything! If you actually were on the line and experiencing what these guys are experiencing you wouldn't be so quick to discount what they say as made up and false! Honestly to me you sound like one of those over seas telemarketers who can only read a script. While a lot has to do with individual perspective, what these guys say is not made up. It's not all doom and gloom but it's not as rosey a picture as you're painting with the propaganda given to you to spread.
