Haha. Not sure. I don't participate. I have heard of people doing this and thought it was pretty creative

I'm guessing it's an over payment on Per Diem.

They were looking into it for the Qualified Upgrade course on the 145. Sounds like they're probably not going to have to mess with it though due to extenuating circumstances. Which is a good thing. That whole deal was going to be a PITA for anyone involved.

I would plan on Qualified Upgrades doing the France thing by August or September. I've heard it is a go from company and ALPA. There are a few details to iron out apparently. 12 day foot print. 3 TD's in front, 2 TD's on the end. The airline really needs sim time in a bad way to keep the upgrade train moving.

Can someone please let me know what the E175 training footprint looks like? I'm considering Envoy, though I am also looking at skywest and republic. I live south of Milwaukee so I'd be commuting to DFW from either MKE or ORD.

What's the amor for the 175.. it's a jet. Damm commuting for a plane and giving up 5000 cojones. Hombre that's not a smart decision.

For the love of God, why would you commute for a RJ? I wouldn't even commute for a legacy. Go to Ord please. I see the word commute come up a lot like its nothing when it comes to new guys, it sucks.

Wow..... My guess, it wouldn't matter if you didn't have a family to see or take care of? Otherwise, no one really knows nor cares what jet you fly. People in my family asks and the only reason they do is because they hear in the news about a crash and want to make sure it's not me.

One of these days I'm going to just say Boeing 747 just to see if they pay attention or not.
