Company literature and spokespersons don't represent that attitude. As seen by me first hand, they showed legit flow at 6-7 yrs with minimum contractual flow level and ZERO attrition. We all know attrition is huge so the 4-6 yr estimate is probably right in the ballpark.

OTOH, lots of qualified senior guys will get plucked by UAL/DAL before flow anyway.

Recession- all bets are off!

Ignore the negativity that pops up here from time to time and just focus on the good.

I can't tell if you are serious or am I getting trolled here??

Not quite as many as I was hoping for. MEC news blasts have been advertising about 3-5/month for CA attrition outside the flow. Additionally, once the 824 is up, my personal opinion is you're going to see upwards of 100 "lifers" take the flow. The world has changed a lot since they made their original decision to stay at envoy. Luckily, this should only delay the flow a couple of months, max.

Regionals are a stepping stone. They should've known that.

They have no Idea how much money they literally ****ed away.

Agreed. I wish they didn't have the ability to take another bite at the apple, but it's their right to flow in the protected pilot group. Might as well be prepared for them taking up a few months of flow spots.

Which company do you work for again? You never answered my question about your post written in the first person that was clearly not talking about envoy.

That was a post from a GoJet thread.

Where is your reading comprehension?

If 100 lifers take the flow, that could delay it for 4 or 5 months. After the 824, the flow percentage goes to 35% until the 40th 175 is here. That could be 2 months. Those 2 months will be in the summer, when AA traditionally has smaller classes. The ALPA interactive seniority list is guessing that we'll flow only 16-18 each of those months. After the 40th 175 arrives, it goes back up to 50%, metered to 25/mo. All signs point to metering.

And you wrote it like you work at gojet. Yet you've also written posts in envoy threads like you work at envoy.
