Envoy

So, bad schedules, hostile management (look at the thread that was closed), shrinking fleet, blatant disregard of contract, and arbitration.

We will only have 175's, and we will be a lot smaller.

Normal schedules are 4 on 2 off with 76hrs credit(76 was the highest avg)and 12.9 days off(put out by the union)

And yet, still probably the best Regional to go to for your career.

On what grounds are you basing that statement?!

I would guess that he is basing it on the best flow program in the industry, leading pay and a growing fleet of brand new E-175's. Kind of a no brainer when you hire at Envoy and are at AA in under 6 years.

Smutter 01-03-2017 11:30 AM

Sure, that may happen, but for those 6 years you'll have the worst Qol out of all regionals.
There's a reason attrition is high, and it's not just because this place is crap, going to AA is not the best choice, the contract at AA is bad, DL, UA, SWA, have way better contracts and will for a long time.

And a shrinking emj fleet, with the crj vanishing quickly. We'll be a small company, starting in April those 175 new hires will start getting bumped backwards due to displacements from the crj(probably later then April, obvious to most, except cr700 and dacuj)

This is a glimpse of our schedules

LGA 145, avg days off 13, credit 78
ORD 145 days off 13, credit 71
DFW 145 days off 13, credit 78
Crj days off 12.9, credit 76
175 12.7 days off, 77 credit

Crj has 5 lines with pure weekends off
ORD 145 has 13
LGA 145 has 1
DFW 145 has 15

And January was the month the company said schedules would start to look good again(have said that for 3 years now).

If you would like to see how management treats us, go look at the envoy info thread that was closed and look at dacuj last post

Have the options been announced? Aren't they due to have been anounced by now?

Highly doubt it. The moment they start displacements from E175, a mass exodus will occur.

Me included.

So what do you think, the crj pilots are going to fly invisible planes. They will go somewhere, which most will go to the 175. They won't have to displace off the 175 if we get more orders, but guys will fall in seniority as crj guys move over. According to dacuj, everything is good here, so jr line holders won't mind the reserve lines.
