DO NOT go to GoJet or Mesa.

I have heard stories of legacies banning people from these airlines simply because they work there. They will tell you to work somewhere else for a while before interviewing again. YMMV. Good luck!

They're not banned at Legacies.

1. Either your fiancée is in for the long haul or she isn't. Figure that out first.
2. Commuting isn't fun.
3. Go to Envoy. Flow program. If it works you made the right decision. If the flow program doesn't work it's just like going to a carrier without a flow program. Given it's current success it's the right career move.
4. Read #1 and #2 again.

Food for thought
Why would any company hire DECs with no growth and high attrition?

Because they need more Captains - and people will jump at the opportunity to make PIC pay as a NH...
Better question, why would a qualified PIC take such a situation...

I doubt Skywest is hiring more than Envoy at the moment. I'm not sure about the numbers at SW but I would be surprised if they were hiring more than 60 per month. But then again it doesn't really matter. Both companies are filling classes with out problems.

SKW is getting ~60 a month just on the CRJ side. 175 is another ~35 I think.

I just don't understand what you're trying to agrue here. Are you seriously recommending that this person work for gojet?? If so then you've lost all credibility :)

I am recommending he goes to whatever company serves his best interest. I bumped into some snot nose CFI the other day that was complaining about B****jets, I asked him if he's ever read their contact, or any contract and flown anything bigger than a 172. People get on here and believe this stuff like its a religion.
