So is it commutable?
Can you tdy to ANC in the summer to pick up extra flying?
Will there be growth at Pen? 2000s in lower 48 as well?
Where is training held and how long? Whats covered?
Bennies/jumpseat/id90s/uniforms?

I see no tdys to anchorage. There is rumors of maybe 2000s in Denver, but it's just a tumour.

All the ground is in Anchorage and sim is in Miami. It takes about 3 months.

We have travel benefits with all the majors. And uniforms are provided

Thanks for clearing that up alaskadrifter. Since this site says PDX and BOS will RON 3 of the 4 days on shift in the pay notes, I was assuming that ANC and DEN were less RONs by originating and ending in base.

I heard that Pen Air is ceasing cargo service to Dutch Harbor as of June 1st. Does anybody have any insight they can share?

When the super awesome 2000 went online, we took a huge hit on our mail rate because of the gross weight of the 2000 on our certificate. So now our freighters aren't profitable and your bags will probably be super delayed to Dutch Harbor because the 501 freighter which is mostly a bag hauler will probably be sold to Ryan Air.
