Wow are classes stills that backed up ? Like a new hire in the summer can expect this same situation of waiting so long for sim training and IOE ?

I went straight from procedures training into the sims, some of my classmates had to wait up to 3 weeks just for availability. My LOE is 6/8, but I don't know yet how much time I will have between LOE and IOE.

At this moment and your opinion of the future: What are the most junior bases for FOs and captains? I would want to relocate to someplace that’s junior for both. PIT? PHL?

I would say your best bet is LGA. Right now PIT is junior on the FO side, not quite as much for CA. But trying to predict what the situation will be in 2 years is about like trying to guess how many bricks are in the headquarters building.

Anyone know of new FO reserve time and likelihood of getting PHL out of training?

Changes monthly not longish anywhere between end of training and a couple months, reserve a couple few months fluctuates too.
