Hey do you mind sharing how many hours you had when you applied ?
Once you get a offer, how long until it expires if you do not accept it?
What are you expected to do until your reach 1500; update your logbook weekly, CBT training, etc etc ?

Definitely take it seriously, it's the full interview and the full offer if you pass. I heard a rumor that people didn't get offers because they didn't take it seriously. It's honestly exactly what they tell you to prepare.

Thanks! I believe it went well, did you answer any questions incorrectly? Also do you know how many they interviewed vs hired
Also about how long did your interview last? Mine was around 35 min total including the written. HR asked a few questions and then a pilot asked a few, read metar and briefed an approach. The written was straight forward, I was surprised they didn't want the camera on when I took it.
