By study room I meant the one in the hotel where group study takes place. Always annoys me when people ask "but what was his background". My class had a person from each of the generic paths to Part 121 wash out and also had people from both do real well.

One person washed out because he couldn't keep up with the speed of 121 ops. The other person did because I assume he didn't put enough effort in. He was never in any group study.
Of the 18 in my class, only 12 remain on the sonority list. So there are still 4 people who I have no clue what happened to.

I know some people say it doesn’t matter, but I definitely think it does since different backgrounds probably have differing amounts of experience in different areas.
