Republic interview insight?

TMAAT, standard HR (why Republic, why you, why aviation, etc), be yourself! You’re interviewing them as much as they’re interviewing you. Make sure there are questions going both ways.
IFR regs (incl questions on an assortment of speed restrictions) etc., approach plates, STARs. An hour total combined HR + tech.
Timed 20 question ATP written afterwards.
Make sure to read all of the notes on the plates and take your time with your answers. Of all the regionals, this was certainly the most technically ‘traditional’ interview - I’ve had other I interviews where halfway through just the HR portion they said ‘you know what, we’d like to have you on-board.’ No questions on systems, tho (only SKW actually asked me about systems).
I ended up going with Republic - seemed to be the overall best fit and my friends there are enjoying it. Good bases (I actually like their jr. bases, personally), good contract, happy friends; choosing repub felt like a winning combo (for me).
Good luck. Keep us posted.

I interviewed in April. Prepped with the SA Regional quesions, read every post here, and bought a new suit. Completely over prepared, although the suit made me look like every other guy there and my wife liked it.
Super friendly, low key, approachable, but professional. It’s an HR fashion show, but they bring in pilots, two captains and an FA on the day I was there. The pilots balance the marketing from HR. They’ll be selling you on why you need to work there.
You’ll be put up in a nice hotel by the airport, Uber to the training center and be gone by early afternoon. I think they took everyone in my group, with the exception of a guy who had gear-up’d a Seminole.
I interviewed with an FO and the HR guy who brought me there. They’ll look at your docs, ask you standard HR interview questions, they HR will turn it over to the pilot to ask you very basis questions. Mine were all IFR and he told me that he wasn’t allowed to ask me any 121 questions because, “that wouldn’t be fair.”
Know why centerline lights change color and when. Know how to brief a Jepp plate. You’ll brief a METAR, and use a TAF to determine if you’ll need an an alternate to file. Unlike some here, I was asked to read the remarks. I got most of them, then said something to the affect that I had no clue about one of the elements. Got a smirk and an explanation in trade.
They called me two days later, there apparently is a second step. I’ve been very lucky and have never busted a ride or oral. Most everyone else had, and their process involved a ‘review board’ that looked at their explanations about what happened.
I might or might not be in training with Republic now. It’s a great company from everything I might or might not have seen so far.
Assuming you need the ATP-CTP course. They do ten people in-house and at FS in Cincinatti. Contestants 11-whatever will go to ATP in Dallas, or somewhere in Las Vegas or Orlando. The ATP-CTP class will end on a Monday, you’ll start indoc the following day.
Be yourself. There’s no need to bluff your way through this process. Like the other person said, you’re interviewing them as much as the reverse and you want to make sure you’re making the right decision for you.
Good luck!

I wouldn’t put a generalized hard time limit on it but I received mine verbally at the end of the interview and the CJO by email the following afternoon.
Be prepared, be yourself, and I’m sure you’ll do just fine.

I used https://www.aviationinterviews.com/ to get trip reports from others along with reading stuff here. I think it's $20 for a month of access to reports from one company - charge it to the game/spend money to make money. If you are strapped for cash the stuff above is on point and if you PM me I can send you my trip report.
For the technical questions I used Sheppard Air's regional interview test prep/question bank: Sheppard Air Flight Test 5.0 Prep Software ATP, Flight Engineer, Mil Comp - FAA Airline Transport Pilot Potentially overkill if you are up to speed on 121 ops but I hadn't thought about 121 stuff since I did my ATP written in 2014.
Hope that helps - just in case it isn't obvious, I get nothing from either of those companies for recommending them - just offering up some things I've used and hoping to pay it forward and boost my seniority number
