Yeah.... I hear ya... or none at all? Trust me... you guys are going to meet each other in class. You will have each other’s numbers, and you will be communicating via slack during your systems class.
Please don’t make this whole “Republic” forum link full of class dates. Just enjoy Indoc and then you will be getting into group texts with the guys that you become friends with (or hate).
It’s not the week before your freshman year of college....
Cheers

Wow...some people are just cranky. If some people choose to reach out prior to their start date, let it be. I do agree with the original response about creating a single thread, but don't appreciate being treated like I am some sort of child because I choose to post a question on APC. Maybe I have my own reasons that you are not aware of and that's ok....this is a forum after all. If you do not care about the topic, or it doesn't apply to you, skip over it, but no need to tell others what they should or should not post on an open forum.

Thanks AV14... Some people just get upset about the silliest things. Not sure why anyone would care so much about a thread that they are clearly not interested in and could care less about. Much less take the time to berate the OP over it...lol!

Well you can try to shut it for me if you ever see me in person, newbie or not. I may have a big mouth right now, but nobody else seems to be answering questions around here and the best people to answer questions about training are people who just went through it, not 5 year FOs.

Why are you so angry...funny how some people are so tough behind a keyboard. I truly did not mean to start a war between fellow co-workers and co-workers to be...lol.
If you are right out of training you may want to be careful how you talk to folks who have been around longer than you. You seem pretty arrogant for someone who is green himself.
You have a lot to learn if you think you know it all at this stage in your career. Those 5 year FOs you speak of are most likely either Captains by now or have moved on the other things. They may not have the most recent experience in the training phase as you do, but they have much more experience in general when it comes to Republic.
I myself am in my 40s, been in aviation for over 25 years and I am pretty confident that I still have much to learn. That's what these forums are supposed to be about...learning from your peers. If you are so busy answering questions for people (since you are so in the know) then why did you take the time to berate my original post attempting to connect with future classmates? Do me a favor and don't advise me on what I should or should not post on APC.
I hope you don't take any of this the wrong way, but you should try a little humility, it goes a long way in this life.
