Did RPA stop flying to Cartagena and Costa Rica?

Never flew to Cartagena. We flew to Barranquilla (BQN). That stopped I believe due our restrictive overwater routes not making financial sense.

We still fly to Liberia, CR but it’s just a turn. I haven’t seen a layover there in at least a year.
