As a reserve FO I was seeing 25-55 hours of flying per month (more in the summer, less this time of year), and I would think it is similar for captains. Even working all of your reserve days in my experience it would be difficult to break min guarantee. I know we can pick up premium pay (yellow/red flag) on days off, but I'm not sure how that pays because I haven't done it.
