Hey guys. Theres a lot of talk about ATP mins as far as the multi hours. How many do we need for indoc?
Some say 44 hours and others say you can get in for 25 hours on the forums. Can't get anything done with different answers from different departments from the company...gotta be sure about things like this ya know..

44 before you start ATP/CTP unless you have a 141 bachelors with a restricted ATP then it’s 25 at the beginning of Indoc
It’s proven that 141 students don’t struggle as much as other students and therefore can set back their oral date. But now we’re switching to AQP so it’ll probably change

I would also expect it to get more stringent in the future. It is no longer a hiring market out there. Right now most Regionals are flush with applicants and backed up in sims. Where as just 18 months ago there were struggling to fill classes. Not sure where these rash of applicants came from, I mean the last pay increase wasn't that much to draw people out of dormancy.

The regionals raised pay just to compete with each other, although that does enable a few career-changers or folks from other segments of aviation to take the 121 leap.
