I’ve had two separate scheduling errors that violated the contract twice. The first one I grieved it after flying and nothing came from it. The second my CA and I actually called the steward on duty before the flight and he basically told us we were “forced” to fly, but make sure to grieve it after. Nothing came from either...

They went completely unanswered or you didn’t like the outcome? Unfortunately there is more to the contract then the words actually written in it. There is negotiated intent in notes that aren’t in the contract which help decipher language. Many times pilots simply don’t understand the actual language. We all make up the Union, so if there is something you don’t like I would recommend volunteering for a position.
