Have you contacted a steward? I’m not a fan of the Teamsters, but it’s a process for a grievance. Just because the company didn’t follow the contract, doesn’t mean you have a grievance that will be won. Grievances cost money, so why grieve something that will not result in a win? If you’re serious about this, then contact a steward or even post on our internal FB page.
