Worlds largest airline and its largest regional provider spending millions of dollars on rafts, but no, sorry, can't come up with a reason to convince the FAA, because SGOTI said so.

EOW isn’t a big deal! No it doesn’t cost some crazy amount. It’s really about training crews and certification of aircraft. Yes Envoy will get EOW eventually, and this was probably planned years ago. You can’t whipsaw with only one EOW carrier. I bet Envoy announces EOW when the announce a new TA. Probably in the next 12 months.

Due to the short legs of the islands, Mia - Cuba, Mia -Nassau, Mia-pns, Mia- key west, I heard it’s cheaper for a crj to fly at 15,000 feet for 20 minutes vs a 170/175.

Word is they’re not backfilling the ORD assistant chief position. Over under on how long until they announce Chicago is closing?
