The rumor mill has been pretty quiet for quite some time. With 100 new airplanes coming in less than a year and our 3 codeshares maxed out with their scope, what could we see in the near future?

We are taking Mesa planes and flying before the end of the year, and looking to open PHX and LAX bases. Management is currently out there checking out hangar space.

Delta owned Compass planes will be coming our way by the end of the year.

We are opening a BOS base.

This thread has no chance of anything good coming from it.

Regional flying for JetBlue and Southwest obviously.... Then making our unofficial flow to JB official....

Something big needs to come out of this. This company invested a lot of money into various aspects the past year.

I could see a combination of #2 and #3. We receive Compass planes, place them in BOS/LGA, and SkyWest moves back to where they belong to cover the extinction of Compass. Doubtful though.

This thread was completely started by accident. Meant to start one regarding our uptick in Boston flying and ended up creating two separate threads when I tried to change the name. Enjoy!

Any rumors about a CLT base for Republic?

Nope. I actually asked this one in the school house and they were quick to shut it down. We do a lot of flying there, but don't overnight enough a/c. It's an MX base though!
